Allie Hudak is a dance educator, choreographer, adjudicator, consultant, and arts administrator with extensive experience in dance education, competitive dance, curriculum development, and program leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance with a minor in Secondary Education from Texas Christian University and a Master of Educational Policy and Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In 2026, Allie established Allie Hudak Dance, LLC to support dance educators and programs nationwide. Through her company, she creates educational resources for dance teachers and directors, leads workshops and professional development, provides choreography and consulting, and works with dance programs across the country. She also serves as an adjudicator for competitions and events nationwide.

Allie currently works in Marketing Management for Studio 6a Dance Academy and the International Dance Festival New Orleans (IDFNOLA) and is on staff at Dance Athletics Denver. Her work combines her backgrounds in education, choreography, leadership, communications, and program development to support dance organizations, educators, and students in a variety of settings.

Prior to relocating to Colorado, Allie spent many years as the Dance Director at Birdville High School in Texas, where she led an award-winning dance program and competitive team, developed new performance opportunities for students, and expanded the school’s fine arts dance program. During her tenure, she was named Birdville High School Teacher of the Year in 2023 and Texas Dance Educators Association Director of the Year in 2025.

Throughout her career, Allie has taught, choreographed, presented workshops, and adjudicated for organizations across the country. She has served on curriculum development teams for both USASF and the CEDFA Fine Arts Summit and has been actively involved with the Texas Dance Educators Association, including serving on its board, as President in 2024, and in an administrative capacity.

At the center of Allie’s work is a commitment to making high-quality dance education more accessible, practical, and sustainable for the educators and students who make up the dance community.
